Mr Pepe was such an inspiring and wonderful teacher. I managed to get to know him better when he was a staff governor. He was always thoughtful, kind and insightful and prioritised children's wellbeing above all else. He brought a smile to everyone that he met. Famous for both his kindness, empathy and legendary dance moves! In fact back in 2017 my then 8 year-old, after seeing Mr Pepe on the dance floor with the teachers said “Miss Davies and Mr Pepe are the best dancers ever. They are LITERALLY like professionals” He said I had to email straight away to let them know and Alex told me to tell Ethan that he had turned down Strictly to work at Coleridge!
